WHAT TO EXPECT
For your first visit, please take time to complete the patient information form, which is available at the bottom of the page.
By completing this form prior to your arrival, we can begin your first visit without delay. Be aware of your insurance coverage, if you have coverage. If you have orthodontic coverage, please bring the needed paperwork so that we may assist you in getting your orthodontic benefits. Prior to arrival please contact your insurance company and ask the following questions:

Do I have orthodontic coverage?
- What are my benefits?
- Is a pre-treatment estimate required?
- Does the insurance company pay automatically?
Upon your arrival, our staff will assist you in getting checked in and getting a digital x-ray. You and/or your child will then be escorted to one of our consultation rooms for your first visit with Dr. Henderson or Dr. Stanley.
On your first visit, our objective is to be able to look at the long-term needs for you and/or your child. We can determine:
- Treatment is needed now.
- Treatment is not needed at all.
- Treatment will be needed but will be delayed until appropriate growth and or tooth eruption occurs.
During the initial exam, we will also address a few of the following questions:
- How long will treatment take?
- How much will treatment cost?
- What are my payment options?
